We have had Mike install a full new Ajax alarm system through our house.
From start to finish Mike was nothing but patient and professional. Explaining everything regarding the types of sensor and how the new wall mounted panel worked and setting the system up on the app.
Loved the little touch that Mike had labeled up the boxes to which room they were going in. The attention to detail was second to none.
Mike then returned 2 weeks later to install a full new CCTV system. Not one wire on show, all installed brilliantly, a million times better than the last system we had.
Mike's customer service is brilliant no question to stupid, very easy to get hold and great at recommendations and advice.
I would not hesitate in recommending Mike and Novascope to any of my friends and family.

Excellent job! Novascope have installed an 8 camera system at our convenience store and I'm more than happy with the cameras and the whole system, but especially impressed with how Mike made sure I was fully kitted out ASAP as our system had failed and was in desperate need for an upgrade.
Very efficient, professional service and the new system was fully explained to me clearly before leaving.

Had 3 Hikvision cameras installed by Mike and I cannot recommend enough.
From initial messaging asking for a quote, Mike has been extremely helpful and very competitive with the pricing.
Due to how our house is laid out with a rear extension that cannot be accessed from feeding a wire from the loft, I was thinking there would be some cables on show, however Mike has worked absolute MAGIC and managed to make it where no cables are shown at all.
This wasn’t the easy route at all but Mike was determined and spent extra time to make it look the best.
Absolutely blown away by how good of a job has been done.
All work tidied away and no trace of anything been done.
